Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage and develop profitable business relationships with two of the UK's largest retailers. As a key player in the team, you'll work end-to-end, delivering exceptional business growth that consistently surpasses targets.
Your deep commercial acumen will be key to navigating these partnerships, driving growth, and identifying new opportunities. It's about building genuine, long-term relationships. You'll use your natural curiosity, excitement, and ability to connect with people to maintain and elevate these vital relationships.
What you'll bring:
1. At least 2 years of experience managing major retailer relationships within the grocery channel, ideally including M&S.
2. Strong private/own label experience.
3. A proven track record of sales success within a structured FMCG organization, consistently delivering results and exceeding targets.
4. A passion for fine food and a deep understanding of premium food positioning.
5. Demonstrated initiative, determination, and a hunger for continual learning.
