About the Role: As a MED-EL Marketing Specialist III, you’ll be the mastermind behind creative and strategic marketing plans that bring our cutting-edge hearing solutions to life From crafting compelling messaging to developing game-changing strategies, you’ll make sure we’re reaching the right people in the right way—attracting new customers and keeping our loyal ones engaged. If you love blending strategy with creativity and making an impact, this role is music to your ears Primary Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive strategies to align with annual marketing plan, grow business, and meet/exceed revenue goals. Execute and implement specific tasks to support the marketing plan, including development of communications and assets to support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing messaging of MED-EL’s competitive advantages. Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure alignment of strategy and messaging. Regularly monitor and evaluate the overall success of campaigns and other marketing efforts and adjust accordingly. Ensure the voice of the customer is considered in strategic planning by prioritizing opportunities for KOL engagement and actively seeking consumer feedback (i.e., surveys). Partner with customer-facing teams to develop well-positioned messaging to drive customer behavior, and lead development and deployment of effective marketing assets to the sales team. Analyze competitor marketing strategies and initiatives and ensure MED-EL strategies are implemented efficiently and effectively for new and existing products. Provide ongoing internal and sales team support through communications and education, driving execution of strategies within organization. Accept special projects and assignments as business requires. Assist other MED-EL team members in achieving company goals. Position Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required A minimum of 5 years Marketing, Product Management or a combination of Sales and Marketing Demonstrated proficiency in core marketing skills (i.e., branding, positioning, claims, packaging, messaging, and agency management) and financial forecasts/spreadsheet analysis Able to clearly articulate the business case for a new business idea and the value proposition; demonstrated ability to prioritize potential solutions Proven ability to lead through influence Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with commercial partners and customer groups (surgeons, salesforce) Strong focus on customer needs to drive product innovation Position requires approximately 25% travel.
