The Fulfilment Network Planning Team (FNP) of the Amazon Japan Operation is looking for Program Managers. Amazon conducts business with “the richest product selection on the planet” and “being the company that values customers the most on the planet” as mission. The customer experience provided by Amazon has the three pillars of product lineup, low price, and convenience, and we are expanding our business by realizing these customer experiences through continuous improvement activities and the creation of innovations. Amazon is looking for experienced people who can contribute to this business. FNP is a central team launched in 2021 to lead the rapid expansion of Amazon's logistics network. We have more than 100 locations, including the Fulfilment Center (FC) and External Fulfilment (EF), which are the cornerstones of the Operation business. We are continuously improving in terms of operation cost while we maintain the delivery speed and we lead the execution. The Program Manager for this position will be a member of the PPT (Production Planning Team) of the FNP team. In particular, the Program Manager will be required to provide strong leadership in FC labor planning and production planning.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead labor management for the entire JPFC Network
2. Implement short-term production meetings
3. Reduce operating costs for short-term (3 months), medium-term (6 months), and long-term (1-3 years) periods.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Business Level Japanese proficiency
* Business Level English proficiency
* MS Excel advance level (data visualization using functions, Pivot Table, Power Query, VBA experience)
* Over 3 years of project management experience involving various challenges
* Over 3 years of process improvement experience using data/metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience reporting results to senior leadership on an ongoing basis
* Stakeholder management experience involving multiple and varied levels
* Basic SQL skills
