Working Arrangement: Hybrid: 1 day per week in Exeter, the rest of the days are remote.
Brief:
The service should help users complete their goal of acquiring the data they need and deliver their goal of data being used to create social value and economic benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and carry out user research activities.
2. Recruit participants for user research and schedule research for data delivery services.
3. Analyse and synthesise user research findings using a range of methodologies and techniques.
4. Involve the team in user research to help everyone develop a deep understanding of the users.
5. Be an active member of the UCD practice to support a user-centred culture across the organisation.
6. Present findings and user insights to stakeholders, teams and users to help align and inform decision-making.
7. Conduct user research to provide insights that inform the creation or iteration of the agency’s data delivery products.
