Job Description Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) Salary: Up to £27,000 Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday Our client, an established and award-winning nursery, is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team. What You'll Bring to the Role: Qualifications: Level 3 in Early Years Experience: Previous experience in a Room Leader role or similar leadership role in early years settings Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS and SEN requirements Skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for play-based learning, and an ability to inspire and lead a team Why Join?
