Location: Opportunities across Essex for a college group in Basildon / Southend / Thurrock
Salary: Up to £38 per hour, based on experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated teacher to join our college group in Essex. You will teach students about health, social care, and child development, helping them gain the skills they need for future careers. This role involves making lessons interesting, supporting students, and ensuring they understand important topics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and teach lessons about health, social care, and child development.
2. Check students' work and help them improve.
3. Use different teaching methods to keep students engaged.
4. Offer guidance and support to students.
5. Keep track of student progress and attendance.
6. Work with other teachers to improve the courses.
7. Follow all school rules and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
1. A degree in Health, Social Care, Child Development, or a similar subject.
2. A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain one.
3. Experience teaching in college or university is helpful.
4. Good communication and organisational skills.
5. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles.
