One of the UK’s largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group, has an opportunity for an experienced Administrator, based in our Solicitors Enquiries Department (SED), handling a variety of legal pre / post-sale queries.
What are some of your responsibilities in the role of Administrator?
Assisting customers and solicitors, reviewing and responding to consent requests and related documents. This role requires working accurately and within Service Level Agreements.
* Resolve incoming queries via various communication methods (including e-mail, webchat and telephone) in relation to property sales and/or transfers.
* Produce and provide pre-sale and post-sale documentation in line with lease and service requirements.
* Provide documents from other areas of the business and leases from land registry upon request.
* Review consent requests and related documents in line with lease and service requirements
* Review and ensure all documents received are in line with the lease and RMG’s requirements.
