At Bam Nuttall, we are currently recruiting for a Preconstruction Support Administrator to join our East Anglia office. This role will support the Regional Pre-construction team in creating and delivering internal and external content, coordinating regional accounts, and assisting with bid pre-positioning and research. Additionally, the role will contribute to the development of client relationships and the management of relevant data.

* This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring candidates to work both from the office and from home, with occasional site visits as needed.

Your mission
* Work with the Regional Pre-construction team to support marketing and work-winning activities.
* Support the Pre-Construction team to plan, record and monitor conversations with clients, designers and strategic supply chain.
* Input and support CRM database, Tender Desk and wider BAM teams.
* Researching future work-winning opportunities.
* Produce a range of client and business facing collateral including case studies, presentations and proposal documents.
* Providing support and assistance to bids, cascading prepositioning strategy and knowledge
* Liaise with project and Pre-construction teams to capture and distribute social media content.
* Engage with our project teams to produce high-quality case studies and collate evidence to contribute to our central Knowledge Management System.
* Help to identify and source evidence across the Region, including setting up and managing a SharePoint space
* Maintain a regional awards programme, including the preparation of award submissions through collaboration with site, client and stakeholder teams.
* Support the coordination of face-to-face and virtual meetings.
Who are we looking for?
* Higher educational qualification (HNC / HND / Degree).
* Positive work ethic with an eye for detail, not accepting second best and taking personal pride and responsibility for all aspects within your control.
* An experienced and efficient multi-tasker.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experienced in MS packages and wider presentation skills.
* Knowledge and experience of social media channels.
* Creative eye for photography.
* Able to travel to projects which will include remote locations across the region.
* Enjoys collaborating with others to achieve winning results.
The following are desirable requirements:
* Qualification in English / Business / Marketing or similar discipline.
* Knowledge of construction sector (not essential).
