Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (3+2)
Salary: Up to £26,000 pro rata, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Permanent

You will join an energetic and professional team of Customer Service Advisors, who build customer confidence in our service and products every day. You will competently handle a variety of queries ranging from login issues and new claim requests through to policy amendments and cancellations, and be a team player to help achieve team success.

What are we looking for?
* Experience of working within a customer service environment
* Experience of handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
* Experience and confidence in handling and resolving customer queries at the first point of contact
* Ability to establish and collate information from a variety of sources to provide individually tailored customer solutions.
* Intermediate level of numeracy to confidently deal with statistics, produce standardized management information, and calculate customer’s premium or claim payments.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
