Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and a passion for operational excellence to join our Global HR Systems and Operations team. You'll play a key role in creating and implementing best-in-class HR processes, with a particular focus on building or enhancing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) or Operational Excellence model to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant HR services globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate, streamline, and improve global HR operations, policies, and processes—driving operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
2. Design and implement governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
3. Lead or support the development of a HR Centre of Excellence or Operational Excellence function, promoting standardisation and continuous improvement.
4. Drive automation across HR processes and expand employee/manager self-service capabilities to enhance the employee experience.
5. Partner with global and regional HR teams to refresh and regionalise policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and global consistency.
6. Act as the GDPR lead for HR operations, overseeing data integrity, compliance, and privacy within the HRIS.
