And now, we’re looking for a Resource Manager to help keep our creative engine running smoothly.
The Role
As our Resource Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our workflow - making sure the right people are on the right projects at the right time. You’ll manage resource across creative, strategy, production, and client teams, keeping timelines tight, plates spinning, and people sane. You’ll bring order to our beautiful chaos, making sure we stay agile without compromising creative excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Project Traffic & Workflow: Own and manage the day-to-day trafficking of jobs, ensuring smooth flow from brief to delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
* Resource Allocation: Assign creative, strategy, and production talent to projects based on availability, skills, and business priorities.
* Forecasting & Capacity Planning: Work closely with team leads to forecast resource needs, flagging upcoming pinch points and planning ahead to avoid overload or downtime.
* Freelancer Management: Maintain and manage a bank of go-to freelance talent - booking, onboarding, and supporting as needed to flex with project demand.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the central connector between client team, creative, strategy, commercial and production - ensuring alignment on timelines, investment, deliverables, and priorities.
* Process Optimisation: Help shape and improve internal processes to keep projects moving quickly and efficiently without compromising creativity and speed.
* Status & Reporting: Run daily/weekly status meetings, own resource sheets, and keep teams updated on availability and deadlines.
* Problem Solving: Proactively spot bottlenecks, scheduling clashes or resourcing issues, and resolve them calmly, quickly, and creatively.

* A Natural Plate-Spinner: You’re great at juggling multiple priorities and keeping projects and people on track.
* A People Person: You know how to manage creative personalities, balance workloads, and keep morale high.
* A Calm Head in Chaos: When things get hectic (as they occasionally do), you stay cool and focus on solutions.
* An Agency Insider: You’ve worked in a creative or social agency and understand how multi-disciplinary teams work together.
* A Process Pro: You’re confident using tools like Trello, Float, or other resourcing/project management platforms, and will always be on the lookout for ways to improve how things flow.
