Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the project, ensuring that it adheres to both cost and schedule. Your responsibilities will include:
* Variations: Managing and pricing project variations to ensure profitability.
* Pre and Post Contract Review: Overseeing the review and analysis of contract terms to guarantee compliance and accurate financial forecasting.
* Site Liaison: Engaging with the site team to monitor progress and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
* Schedule Compliance: Ensuring that the project adheres to its timeline, addressing any delays or budget overruns.
* Use of Software: Efficiently using quantity surveying software and project management tools for budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying.
* Data Centre experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in industrial projects will also be considered.
* Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical aspects, including their integration in large-scale projects.
* Ability to liaise with site teams and manage financial processes from pre-contract to post-contract phases.
