CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OFFICER – NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37HRS, FRWK11, £27,354 - £29,689 FTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to be part of Framework’s Customer Satisfaction team. Your role would be to manage a caseload of housing related complaints through to resolution in line with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code.
You would also support the work of the Customer Satisfaction Manager and create a positive complaint handling culture by:
* Ensuring that relevant systems and records are accurate and up to date.
* Communicating effectively with residents and colleagues in relation to housing related complaints.
* Tracking timescales to ensure compliance with the Housing Ombudsman.
* Interrogating internal systems and extracting data to report issues and trends, identifying learning opportunities.
Ideally, you will have experience of working with people from vulnerable groups, particularly in a complaint handling or customer service role. You need to be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as an organised approach and the ability to confidently work with processes and systems.
You will be based at our head office in Nottingham with flexibility for some home working.
