Assistant Manager – Ely (Fen House)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Role Overview:
Our client, a leading UK charity supporting adults with acquired brain injuries to live independently, is seeking an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, oversee care quality, and support the service manager in coordinating staff and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centered care that meets individual needs.
* Lead, guide, and support staff, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.
* Develop care plans and risk assessments with a robust knowledge of CQC standards.
* Conduct staff supervision, performance reviews, and training needs assessments.
* Coordinate effective staff rotas and assist with budget monitoring.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care.
