Where you will be working

Main duties of the job
What you will be doing
3. Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
4. Undertaking skilled nursing care for a devolved caseload with support of the District Nurse
5. Support the District Nurse with leading the team on a day to day basis
6. Our core service hours are 8am - 8pm, 7 days per week.

Qualifications
Essential
12. RGN/RN part 1 or 2 on NMC Register
13. Teaching and assessing qualification/Supporting Learners in Practice or current equivalent
14. Educated to diploma/degree level and relevant equivalent training and experience
Desirable
15. Prepared to undertake Community Specialist Practice Degree
16. Nurse Prescriber or prepared to undertake the course

17. Minimum three years post registration clinical experience
18. Relevant transferable skills to work in a community setting
19. Experience of working autonomously and managing own patient workload
20. Teaching in a clinical setting
