As a Technical Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing live LWS projects, ensuring specifications are followed, and delivering high-quality results in line with Langley’s values. Your commitment to technical excellence and customer service will directly contribute to the continued success of our operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support for Langley projects, working alongside colleagues, contractors, and clients to ensure robust specifications are met. Conduct weekly project monitoring in line with operating procedures, KPIs, and the direction from the Operations Manager. Deliver toolbox talks and proactively address non-conformance reports to improve site standards. Conduct annual aftercare inspections within the first 5 years of a project’s guarantee to ensure continued performance. Minimise complaints by responding quickly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Ensure effective and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Be ready for occasional foreign travel (valid passport required). Why Join Langley? What We're Looking For: Technical experience in the UK flat roofing industry (desirable). Expertise with roofing systems like bitumen membranes, polyurethane, PMMA liquid membranes, hot melt, and polyurea. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential Car User).
