Job Description
* Assisting with audits within the Accounting & Finance Department
* Preparing and reviewing audit files and financial statements
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
* Communicating effectively with clients and team members
* Supporting with the planning and execution of audit assignments
* Identifying potential issues and risks during audits
* Performing administrative tasks as required
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Assistant should have:
* A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field - Working toward ACA
* Strong understanding of audit principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
* An ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Commitment to professional development and learning
