Qualifications, Skills and Experience Experience in business development or sales within the employment services industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Proven track record of smashing sales targets and growing a client base. Top-notch negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes and workforce solutions is a big plus.
