As part of our Customer Service Team, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient repair processes. From handling inquiries to tracking repairs and managing invoices.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Communication & Support - Responding to inquiries, providing updates, and addressing concerns via phone, email, or portal.
* Work Order Quotes - Preparing and sending quotes post-evaluation.
* Order & Repair Tracking - Monitoring incoming units, liaising with technicians, and ensuring timely repairs.
* Documentation & System Updates - Keeping records accurate and ensuring all certifications are in place.
* Billing & Invoicing - Generating and sending invoices after work completion.
* Cross-Team Coordination - Collaborating with purchasing, logistics, and technical teams to keep everything on track.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic aviation environment
* Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) or aviation industries is a plus!
