Reporting to our HR Team Leader, you’ll work closely with various teams to provide exceptional administrative support to ensure a seamless employee experience from start to finish, offering insights and assistance to enhance the operations of Air Partner.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key departments, including Payroll, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to support their day-to-day running.
You Will:
1. Manage the new joiner and leaver administration including ensuring relevant authorisations, background checks and RTW (Right To Work) documents are captured and recorded.
2. Obtain employment references and ensure the relevant data is collected prior to start dates.
3. Issue offer letters and contracts working with the recruitment Group Talent Acquisition Specialist.
4. Maintain and update accurate employee records using SharePoint and the HRIS system.
5. Maintain Excel spreadsheets.
6. Arrange exit interviews, maternity meetings, and other life cycle event contact points.
7. Provide support in relation to merger, acquisition and integration activities.
8. General HR administration including:
1. Salary increase correspondence.
2. Changes to Terms and conditions.
3. Create and update organisation charts for the Group.
4. Payroll administration.
5. Replying to employment and mortgage reference requests.
6. Managing the administration of the employee benefits schemes.
7. Update and maintain the HR pages of Air Partner’s Intranet.
9. Support the HR Team Leader with ad hoc project work.
10. Advise employees and managers on HR Policies and processes.
11. Provide support with reward and recognition activities including values and long service awards.
12. Ensure people records are managed effectively and in accordance with GDPR, Privacy and Data Retention Policies.
13. Raise Purchase Orders.
14. Produce reports and data, using HRIS and other data sources.
15. Review and improve HR processes in collaboration with colleagues.
16. Support Employee Relations processes.
About You:
• Experience of working within an Administration role.
• A good understanding of HR processes, employment law and best practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
• An ability to multitask and work with a range of stakeholders in a pressurised environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office packages.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report on data.
• Awareness of confidentiality with the HR Environment.
• Resilient and able to work in an organisation that is undergoing frequent change due to development and growth.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive and positive attitude to work.
