As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll need to be customer focused, want to help our members achieve their fitness goals, have a modern approach, and be ready to move the business forward.
You will deliver excellent customer service as WV Active’s front of house representative and provide a welcoming, warm, and professional environment to all visitors. You will have a positive and customer-oriented approach in ensuring visitors have the best experience.
You will support the Sales & Service Manager in sales, retention, and administration of memberships. You will also have an interest in the leisure and fitness industry and be knowledgeable about WV Active facilities and offers to actively sell and promote services.
Special conditions:
A rota system is in place for this post, and you should expect to work early, late, and weekend shifts.
This post is subject to the essential qualifications highlighted in the person specification and an enhanced DBS check.
