Processing practice correspondence, which includes coding clinical information. Identify complex or higher risk areas that require input or knowledge from the clinical team. This includes safeguarding issues. You will work to the agreed practice protocols. You will work closely with the practice administrators and clinical team to ensure that you are providing a safe and high quality service to the practice. Liaise with external agencies such as secondary care, community service providers, solicitors and insurance companies as required.
