Summary:
Responsible for project co-ordination across equipment and services from order entry to deliverable and invoicing across the customer base. Contribute to the team and sites financial plans and ensure customer on-time delivery and satisfaction across their order profiles.
As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Assistance on activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of new manufacture product, repairs and spares supporting customers predominantly in North Sea sector.
2. Responsibility to assist project managers to fulfil customer orders according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Working together with people from across all functions within the business.
4. Handling standardized project processes and admin tasks.
5. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
