Teaching Personnel are working closely with a SEN School that is based in the Brighton & Hove area. The school are in need of SEN Teaching Assistants, individuals who are willing to work 1:1 and in small groups across both their primary classes and secondary classes. It’s important that you’re able to show flexibility and a willingness to work alongside pupils with the following needs: Autism, ADHD and PMLD (Profound, Multiple, Learning, Difficulties).
About the School:
The school cater for pupils between the ages of 6-16, all pupils will have special educational needs and will require additional support academically and socially. The school have a wonderful curriculum that specializes for their pupils needs, as well as having spacious ground and brand-new facilities including an indoor swimming pool.
About the Role:
The chosen SEN Teaching Assistant will be expected to work on both a 1:1 and small group basis, the school will expect you to be able to assist and support both their primary pupils and their secondary aged pupils – flexibility is an important skill within this environment.

Travel: Bus
Pay: £420 - £450 per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Brighton & Hove
Hours: 8:30am – 15:30pm

DBS: Child Only Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
