Job Description:
Our client is a leading Microsoft consultancy partner seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to work with one of their key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership and managing tickets through resolution or escalation, providing technical support to end users, and maintaining installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end users' Workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership and manage tickets through resolution or escalation.
2. Provide technical support to end users.
3. Maintain and oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end users' Workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
4. Manage calls logged at the Support Desk ensuring timely resolution in accordance with the agreed SLA's.
5. Be a point of escalation for first line support calls.
6. Have a high level of technical ability and be happy to share within a team framework.
7. Have a high level of professional responsibility.
8. Maintain a professional demeanor.
