We're looking for forward-thinking and proactive individuals to join our Apprenticeship programme to become a Chartered Surveyor in our Infrastructure team based in Birmingham and help grow our ever-expanding teams throughout Carter Jonas. This apprenticeship programme provides a fantastic opportunity to gain a bachelor's degree with one of our trusted providers, while working towards your APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to become a Chartered Surveyor. Over five years, you'll split your time between studying and hands-on work. You'll receive 7.5 hours of dedicated study time each week (equivalent to one day), with the remaining four days spent contributing to exciting, real-world projects as part of your day-to-day tasks. Alternatively, you could be attending block week study dependent on your chosen university. In your third year, you'll join our APC Training Academy with the aim of qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor by the end of the programme.

* Site inspections and Records of Condition
* Negotiation and engagement with stakeholders
* Client interaction and provision of strategic advice
* Compulsory purchase and compensation
* Valuations

What will it take to be successful? If you are looking to pursue a career in Infrastructure, we will support you through your Level 6 Apprenticeship - Chartered Surveyor, Land and Resources pathway at one of our partnered Universities across the UK.
