Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children's education?
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in supporting children across the primary age range and a desire to help pupils reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with SEND.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development in a nurturing environment.
* Monitor and record pupils’ progress, working closely with the teacher to adapt learning strategies.
* Help create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Supervise pupils during lunch, playtime, and school activities as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEND) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive, proactive, and patient approach to working with children.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
