We're collaborating with a lively and inclusive primary school in the Redruth area, dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. The school is seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
In this role, you'll support teachers in planning and delivering lessons while providing assistance to students in both small groups and one-on-one settings. Beyond academic support, you'll play a crucial role in fostering students' social and emotional development. The ability to be proactive and adaptable is essential, ensuring that teaching materials and classroom resources are well-prepared in advance.
