A respected education provider in Wigan is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join its dynamic HR team. As HR Advisor, you will: Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers on policies, procedures, and employment law Support employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards Lead HR projects aligned with wider people strategies Deliver training sessions on HR policies and legal updates Offer expert guidance on employment terms, maternity/paternity leave, and flexible working Oversee occupational health and employee well-being initiatives Prepare insightful HR data reports to inform senior management decisions Act as deputy to the Head of HR when required ?? What we’re looking for: CIPD qualified (or working towards) with strong generalist HR experience Confident and clear communicator with excellent written skills Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines A people-first mindset with a passion for improving organisational culture ??
