Apply now Essential Role Requirements: Strong understanding and experience in general labouring tasks on construction sites Ability to assist tradespeople with a variety of tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and general maintenance Experienced in working safely around live services and adhering to health and safety protocols Proactive, with good time management skills Responsible for replenishing materials, maintaining clean and safe site conditions, and ensuring safe access route Able to perform daily pre-start safety checks on equipment and report maintenance requirements to site management Desirable: Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets for machinery operation such as Telehandlers, Dumpers, and Rollers 1-2 years’ experience in construction labouring, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Experience working as part of a team or gang is highly valued General Expectations: Reliable & punctual Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time Right to work in the UK Cards & Qualifications Required: CSCS Labourer or similar qualification GQA Labourer with relevant experience Additional/Desirable Cards & Qualifications: CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper CPCS/NPORS Ride on Roller/Road Roller CAT and Genny Training Safety Critical Medical (Site Specific) Please note that to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
