As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for our performance driven digital marketing activities, taking ownership of building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy. You will drive revenue growth at an optimal return on investment, while understanding and respecting the long-term health of the brand. A keen eye for detail, an entrepreneurial mindset, a good understanding of great ad creative and the ability to carry out data analysis would be a winning combination of skills for this role.

Strategy: overall responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy via comprehensive multi-channel paid media plan.
Budget Management: advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation.
Responsibility for managing the performance of multiple external agency partners.
Coordination: across teams, departments and multiple external agencies to help plan and develop the creative assets required to support campaigns.
Data Analysis: drive optimisation through the analysis of large data sets, defining key performance indicators, setting measurable objectives and building plans to deliver them.
Reporting: responsibility for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimise all campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance marketing and data, while understanding & respecting the critical role creative and brand marketing plays in our mix.
You will possess a strong working knowledge of our major channels and platforms including Search, Programmatic and Paid Social across Meta, YouTube and TikTok among others.
