Who we are? Integrated Operational Solutions (I0S) Alliance – Part of the Anglian Water network, the IOS was set up in 2015 to concentrate on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. The maintenance and refurbishment of the key infrastructure is managed by our partners Barhale, Kier and Morrisons they ensure everything is maintained and improvements made where necessary to ensure the infrastructures longevity and effectiveness. What will you be doing as our H&S Co-Ordinator? To coordinate and provide day-to-day support and administration for IOS SHE team in support of the Anglian Water Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) framework. Work as a critical member of the SHE team to provide first-class support at all levels and together promote safety, ensure mitigation against risk and drive improvement in SHE performance across the alliance. In this exciting role working closely with various alliance stakeholders and the IOS SHE Lead, you support in ensuring that the highest possible standards of SHE are implemented in accordance with IOS SHE strategy and management system. This is a flexible position that offers hybrid working (subject to agreement but may require very minimal travel across the Anglian Water region, in particular the East of the region (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire or Essex). What experience and attributes we are looking for: Coordination of safety, health, wellbeing and environmental projects or ongoing initiatives. Day-to-day administration in support of the IOS SHE team. Developing and maintaining the safety management system within IOS alliance in line with the needs of IOS and Anglian Water. Working closely with the SHE team to ensure that they are delivering against their performance goals. Working closely with the operational teams to support them in fulfilling their SHE responsibilities. Provide timely and effective operational SHE support. Supporting the alliance to ensure compliance to approved SHE procedures. What skills and attributes we require for this role: Experience working within a construction environment within an admin function. Excellent IT skills. Ability to work on own initiative and deliver key objectives. Analytically minded with the ability to generate reports from large quantities of data. Attention to detail. Good personal time management and skills. A team player with good written and verbal communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Why Anglian Water?
