I am currently recruiting for a Housing Asset Compliance Administrator to join a busy and dynamic team in a council on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in housing compliance and safety regulations.
In this position, you will be supporting the Housing Asset Manager and wider team across key compliance areas, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role will involve working with:
1. Gas, Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, Electrical, and Lift Mechanical compliance
2. Coordinating electrical and gas surveys for Temporary Accommodation
3. Ensuring key statutory and regulatory obligations are met
4. Providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple business areas
(Office-based role with potential to work from home one day per week after initial onboarding).
