As a key part of our operations, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to service completion. You will work closely with our transport, sales, and operational teams to support our customers solutions. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Order Management: Process bookings. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting the right solutions, upselling where appropriate. Scheduling & Coordination: Work closely with the transport team to schedule collections and deliveries efficiently. Account Management: Support commercial clients by managing ongoing contracts and ensuring service satisfaction. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM systems, and handle payment processing. Compliance & Safety: Ensure customers are informed about regulations and safety requirements. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service. Strong communication skills – confident, professional, and able to handle customer interactions effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-first approach.
