We are seeking a dynamic AdOps Specialist to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will support our client's advertising business by ensuring flawless campaign setups and driving performance for UK advertisers.
As a key player, you will coordinate across various teams worldwide, ensuring our campaigns shine!\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nCollaborate & Execute: Partner with Account Executives, Managers, and Analysts to ensure seamless campaign launches and mid-flight optimisations.\nCampaign Management: Execute multi-tier campaigns utilising diverse strategies such as display, search, sponsored items, and programmatic advertising.\nCoordinate Operations: Understand the sales pipeline and synchronise campaign operations across partners and offshore teams for timely and successful launches.\nTroubleshoot & optimise: Proactively monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and suggest optimisations to meet budget and performance goals.\nSupervise Teams: Oversee the offshore operational team supporting the region to ensure smooth workflow.\nImprove Processes: Work with Revenue Operations to enhance Standard Operating Procedures, launch new products, and manage changes effectively.\nDrive Insights: Collaborate with Measurement Operations to enhance campaign monitoring, insights, and tooling improvements.\nInnovate Systems: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement changes that reduce bottlenecks and enhance campaign delivery.\nIndustry Insights: Provide insights on industry trends and their impact on advertising strategies.\nCross-Functional Teamwork: Participate in cross-team projects to improve processes, workflows, and the growth of advertising initiatives. \n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in the digital advertising industry.\nMinimum of 3 years in Ad Operations or digital campaign management, preferably at a publisher or agency.\nHands-on experience managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.\nStrong ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExcellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and proficiency in MS Excel.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce.\nExperience in programmatic advertising.\nBackground in managing campaigns for non-endemic advertisers.
