This role: Customer Housing Advisor Location: Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1LA - Free onsite parking and our office is located within a 10 min walk from the Beeston Train Station. Salary: £28,619 based on a 12 month fixed term contract of 37.5hrs per week. We are looking to recruit 2 Customer Housing Advisors to join MTVH on a 12-month fixed term contract. Our hours of working are Monday to Friday 08:00am till 18:00pm on a fixed rota. All our teams work between the office and home and having set office days. You need to be passionate about helping people and not afraid to take ownership and responsibility for the wide variety of housing queries we receive. What You'll Need to Succeed As you will be assisting a diverse range of customers, you will need to have the ability to remain composed and be able to multi-task under pressure whilst demonstrating the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role will require you to operate in an organised and structured manner; be detail driven and capable of always producing outstanding quality work, whilst working to set performance targets. We will need you to work closely with a number of other teams across our business. You will have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills in order to resolve queries received at the first point of contact in a timely and positive manner.
