Digital Project Manager Location Cambridge This senior-level Digital Project Manager role requires a well-rounded professional with expertise in Digital/IT, functional change, and communications. The ideal candidate must excel at rapid execution while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Strong influencing skills and the ability to build robust relationships and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders are essential. Reporting to the Head of Delivery & Programmes. Used to working in an Agile enviroment. The role involves a hybrid work arrangement, with onsite presence required at key project milestones. In this role, you will have the chance to: Create strong relationships by engaging regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, building sponsorship, driving adoption, and delivering change. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Digital and other areas within the company, PCI compliance projects, cloud projects and internal development projects. Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and oversee detailed project plans. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively. Provide governance and reporting across domains, projects, programmes, and portfolios, as needed. Plan project resources and costs, escalating concerns when necessary. Lead supplier selection processes in collaboration with procurement, if applicable. Oversee third-party suppliers and internal delivery teams within the project’s scope, as appropriate. Handle change management by assessing impacts to scope and ensuring a documented approval process is followed. Collaborate with Finance to maintain accurate budget management and forecasting.Essential: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management delivery role, managing projects of varying sizes Possession of a recognized project management qualification.Desirable: A degree-level education (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in biotechnology, while not essential, would be advantageous
