About the role.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced People Partner to work closely with our Finance business area, providing commercially focused HR advice and guidance to people managers and leaders at all levels.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide support and advice to managers and leaders on effectively resolving people matters, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
* Develop a deep understanding of the group’s purpose, goals, and objectives to shape and deliver impactful people strategies.
* Use people data and insights to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed decision-making.
* Leverage data to guide people priorities and build evidence-based business cases for change.
* Align people solutions with business priorities to drive purpose, culture, and strategy.
* Collaborate with the wider People Team to design and implement tailored solutions that support group objectives.
* Empower leaders to embed key people practices, enhancing culture, capability, and overall performance.
About you.
* Educational and/or professional HR qualification.
* A genuine passion for people and a commitment to making a positive impact on colleagues' working lives.
* Excellent in-depth knowledge and understanding of HR practices and employment law.
* Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the operational levers which drive success in the organisation.
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships, collaborate effectively, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
* Organisational diagnosis skills i.e. able to see what organisation, people or behavioural changes are needed to raise business area performance.
* Demonstrated experience in successfully facilitating change within a commercial environment.

2nd stage - A one-hour formal interview. This will be held in-person at our Speke, Liverpool office.
