Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Assistant/PA to Head of Property\n\nLocation: Liverpool (Office-Based)\n\nSalary: Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience\n\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are recruiting for a dynamic and highly organised Residential Conveyancing Assistant/PA to the Head of Property for a well-established and respected property firm in Liverpool. This is a unique opportunity that offers a blend of residential conveyancing support and personal assistant duties to the Head of Property. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team while ensuring the Head of Property's daily operations run smoothly.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConveyancing Assistant Duties:\n\nAssist with managing residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.\nPrepare and check legal documentation for accuracy and compliance.\nCommunicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and third parties to gather and provide information.\nMaintain and update case management systems to ensure accurate and timely records.\nHandle correspondence and provide updates to clients regarding the progress of their transactions.\nLiaise with solicitors and other legal professionals to resolve any queries or issues that arise during the conveyancing process.Personal Assistant Duties:\n\nProvide full administrative support to the Head of Property, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.\nPrepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings and property transactions.\nOrganise and maintain files, documents, and records for the Head of Property.\nAssist with prioritising and managing daily tasks and deadlines.\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
