Technical Services Administrator \nHere at Manpower, we have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the team of one of our busy hire clients based in Milton Keynes.\n\nWithin the role the successful candidate will be able to support in all administrative duties related to the engineer's activity, support in any ad hoc duties when required and demonstrate their organisational, time-management and IT skills effectively to support the wider business. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAdminister engineering activities for service, repair, and inspection of Customers' Own Equipment and hire fleet.\nOrganise and manage works from initial enquiry to invoice, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.\nPrepare hire fleet schedules, ensuring compliance and reporting status.\nCommunicate effectively with teams to improve productivity and financial performance.\nProduce reports as required and support other departments when necessary.\nSkills and Experience:\n\nPrevious customer-facing experience preferred.\nCustomer-centric approach with excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work under pressure with high levels of integrity and diligence.\nFlexible and willing to work overtime, including weekends and evenings.\nWilling to travel for external training and assist other regions when required.\nThis role is currently a ongoing temporary position.\n Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5:30pm) - 1 hour lunch 45hr week.\n £12.21 / £28,571\n\nIf you would be interested, please don't hesitate to apply and get a CV over to us
