Responsibilities
* Manage the maintenance team and coordinate repairs and maintenance programmes
* Oversee the upkeep of our premises, including cleaning, painting, and other maintenance tasks
* Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize facility needs
* Build and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers
