What We’re Looking For ina a Secondary ECT (Early Career Teacher):
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification
* Experience teaching in a secondary school (as an ECT or trainee)
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
* Ability to engage and inspire students through interactive lessons
* Good classroom management and organisational skills
* A proactive and reflective teaching approach
Requirements: Updated CV (last 10 years) and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
