We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join the team, as a Capital Works Administrator. This is a fixed term role for 9-12 months, working 40 hrs Monday-Friday. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for all Flagship Services Capital subcontracted works throughout East Anglia, and your main responsibilities will include, communicating with customers, raising purchase orders, issuing works, and reviewing quotes. Our ideal candidate would have customer service experience, excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills and can work to strict deadlines. They would also be able to adapt to the department requirements and communicate well to be able to build relationships and have a good telephone manner.
