We are looking for a Brand Activations Executive to lead brand activations, manage strategic partnerships, and oversee event marketing efforts. This role will be key in driving brand engagement through live events, in-store promotions, and digital activations while strengthening our relationships with customers, retailers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Activations & Events
* Plan and execute Vault X activations at industry events, conventions and tournaments in line with brand and strategic objectives.
* Deliver engaging and unique brand experiences, product showcases and interactive booths at large customer facing events such as Comicon, UK Games Expo and Speil Essen.
* Manage event logistics with in house and 3rd party teams to ensure the smooth delivery of events to a high standard.
* Understand key ROI metrics and objectives to ensure events are delivered in line with wider company strategic goals.
Retail Partner Engagement
* Establish and nurture relationships with key retail partners to drive and deliver value.
* Develop and implement support programmes for retail partners, including in-store events and brand activations.
* Coordinate exclusive Vault X tournament kits and in-store promotional items for retail activations.
* Orchestrate marketing collateral and promotional support to retail partners to drive product engagement.
Community Engagement & Influencer Collaboration
* Collaborate with the community team to develop promotional packs for influencers, key partners and press to drive brand engagement.
* Work with streamers and tournament organisers to integrate Vault X products into online and offline events.
* Develop grassroots engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty within the TCG community.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Track and measure event engagement, partnership ROI, and brand activation success.
* Provide insights and recommendations for future activations and strategic collaborations.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise retail activations based on performance data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* 2+ years in partnerships, event marketing, or brand activations, preferably in gaming, collectibles, or FMCG industries.
* Strong relationship-building skills with retail partners, promoters, and industry stakeholders.
* A confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and reports to senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and community teams.
* Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, team coordination).
* Willingness to travel for trade shows, tournaments, and partner events.
* A self-starter ready to contribute from day one.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with gaming brands, esports organizations, or retail marketing campaigns.
* Knowledge of digital activations, social media partnerships, and community engagement strategies.
* Familiarity with event KPI’s, project management tools, and retail sales analytics.
