An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Administrator to join our team. This role can be based from our Bristol or from our London offices. The Role Our IT Administrator will ensure the smooth operation and stability of Ticketek’s ticketing systems, Office 365 environments and Windows Server infrastructure. You will be solving complex technical issues, supporting end-users and maintaining systems across UK and Australia. You will also be responsible for managing Office 365 administration, providing Level 1 to 3 support, ensuring seamless event support and IT operations. You’re key responsibilities include: System & Network Administration Administering and maintaining Office 365 environments, including user account management, group configurations and licence allocations Overseeing Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring all systems are secure, updated and operating efficiently Implementing and troubleshooting network connectivity, VPN’s and remote access solutions Perform system maintenance, patch management and regular health checks on servers Technical Support Providing support and resolving issues for PC’s, networks and ticketing systems Troubleshooting and resolving LAN, hardware and software issues Monitoring, managing and supporting POS systems, ticket printers and turnstiles for events Event IT Support Providing on-site technical support during events, ensuring the successful operation of patron access systems Conducting pre-event checks and configure turnstiles, networking and ticketing systems Managing equipment logistics and handling any on-site IT incidents Process Improvements & Documentation Maintaining accurate records in the Helpdesk database, ensuring all technical issues are logged and tracked Ensuring correct documentation of network configurations, device settings and troubleshooting methods We’re looking for someone who has: Strong experience in Office 365 administration, including user accounts, groups and license management Experience with Windows Server environments and network infrastructure Experience in managing complex technical issues and resolving problems and providing technical support within busy environments Knowledge of LAN, VPN and general networking concepts Experience working with ticketing systems and POS equipment Understanding of Unix or Linux operating systems Working for TEG and Ticketek UK: Our people enjoy a wealth of benefits including: 23 days annual leave plus Birthday leave Enhanced pension contributions, sick and family leave Complimentary tickets Recognition Awards Employee Assistance Programme Due to the nature of the role working on client sites, some weekend and evening work will be involved and a driving licence is a requirement for this position.
