As our Clinical Leader, you will:
1. Lead and organize the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre.
2. Ensure the smooth running of the theatre list and organize booking forms.
3. Manage audits and equipment effectively.
4. Prepare the Rota.
5. Work collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to meet service demands in Endoscopy, General, Orthopedics, and Gynae.
6. Assist in theatre sessions as needed.
To succeed as a Clinical Leader you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in surgery/anaesthetics.
2. Knowledge and understanding of surgical techniques and associated equipment.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
4. NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner.
5. Demonstrated strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team towards a shared vision and promote innovation and sustainability.
