Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Stock and Inventory Coordinator, to join us on a permanent basis at our Stevenage site with travel to other sites as and when required.
Responsibilities
You’ll be managing all new starter and leaver engineering processes across the business, from tools, PPE, uniforms, vans, trade, and purchase cards whilst actively reducing any excess stock holding. You’ll be responsible for accurately capturing any excess stock and equipment onto the supply chain stock app. You’ll be supporting the supply chain team and wider business on various mobilisations, project initiatives, and audits.
You’ll have a professional, diplomatic, methodical, and adaptable approach when working with customers, suppliers, and service providers. You’ll be used to working within a fast-paced environment, as you’ll be responding to queries and ensuring all new starters have everything ready for them on their first day within Arcus.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll be positive, confident, resilient, pro-active, energetic, organised and a solution focused individual. You’ll have experience in managing and arranging stock across the business whilst at times working to tight and conflicting deadlines. You’ll have strong IT skills and able to work with multiple systems whilst ensuring everything is recorded correctly across multiple platforms.
This role requires you to at times carry physical equipment such as combination ladder (25kg), recovery machine, cement, and other various items ready for when the new starter(s) start. Therefore, it is a mandatory requirement that you can lift and handle heavy equipment at times.
Reporting directly into the Site and Inventory Manager, you’ll be working alongside another Mobile Stock and Inventory Coordinator. You’ll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a degree of flexibility due to business requirements, therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential for this role (company van will be provided).
You will need to have strong stock and inventory coordination experience for this role, from any industry and sector.

* Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
