Business Analyst - Learning Management System / Human Resource Information System - £450 per day Outside IR35 My Midlands based client are looking for a Business Analyst with extensive Learning Management System / Human Resource Information System implementation experience on a contract basis. You will be the go-to dedicated Business Analyst for the HR and LMS Implementation, the bridge between the HR stakeholders and the IT delivery team. You will need Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, from C suite to end users. Recent project experience with Learning Management System and HRIS Implementations. Implementation of a full group wide HRIS including the implications of replacement of existing systems and integration's. Expert in requirements gathering at all levels. Process mapping and AS is to BE. Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings and surveys to ensure stakeholder requirements are captured and prioritised accordingly.
