Senior Oversight Consultant The Senior Oversight Consultant supports the formal governance and oversight of the services provided on behalf of M&G by material third-party suppliers, in line with the standards set out in the Third-Party policy standards. The role involves working with subject matter experts across M&G and third-party suppliers to obtain and analyze relevant information and insights to ensure commitments are being met. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for matters related to the governance and oversight of third-party delivered services. Operate within the Third-Party policy standards framework for material third-party suppliers by collaborating with others in a cooperative environment. Use multiple sources of insight, data, experience, and journey performance to analyze the delivery of operational customer commitments against required standards within the appropriate risk profile. Escalate issues to the Oversight Relationship Manager if standards are not met. Collaborate with subject matter experts within M&G and third-party suppliers to help them understand and fulfill their roles and responsibilities for our customers. Act as the point of contact for matters related to the governance and oversight of third-party delivered services. Work with others to understand and support challenges within our Third-Party suppliers. Support the Oversight Relationship Manager in monitoring the business readiness of third-party suppliers to ensure successful implementation of changes with minimal customer/risk impact. Meet the required standards for the governance framework for oversight of material third-party suppliers. Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls to support the improvement of the overall control environment, customer outcomes, and a reduction in Prudential UK's operational risk. Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Strong and proven relationship management skills. Good knowledge of commercial obligations and those of material third-party providers in respect of service delivery and issue resolution. Good knowledge of customer delivery, risks, and commercial drivers of an operation (essential). Demonstrable knowledge of working in collaboration with third-party suppliers across Pensions/Financial administration. Resilience when working with unclear situations and the ability to react quickly (essential). Ability to build strong networks across a diverse range of business areas (essential) Experience Statements: Experience in creating and maintaining working relationships at various levels across financial services and third-party suppliers (essential). Strong experience in working with a diverse group of people to achieve a common goal (essential).
