Job summary 16 hours/week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Performance Secretary to join the Specialist Services teams working within the administration team and various teams within the Specialist Services business unit. The post includes providing Quality and Performance support to the ADHD service, the Perinatal Service and Psychology Services. Main duties of the job You will need to have a flexible approach to work, be a team player with the ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative. Experience of working within a busy administrative environment, and being able to communicate with a wide range of people in varying situations is essential. Applicants must be customer focused, efficient, flexible, adaptable and demonstrate a tactful and diplomatic approach. You will be expected to work alongside your colleagues within the team offering assistance and support whilst ensuring the provision of an excellent administrative service. Prior experience of working alongside clinicians, particularly as part of a clinical team, is advantageous. You will understand the need for confidentiality and show tact and diplomacy in interactions with others. There is an expectation that you will have an extremely high level of customer service skills. The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level with an RSA111/OCR111.
